Part Two

After opening and operating their first very successful project, Vero Restaurant & Wine Bar, on the Upper East Side in 2002, BrandIt strategically expanded their portfolio of New York City venues.

In 2004, BrandIt created Bounce Uptown - an Upper East Side 2500-square foot restaurant and sports lounge hybrid. Providing an entirely new experience in sports entertainment, Bounce Uptown was the first of its kind.

Next, BrandIt opened the second location of the Vero restaurant concept in 2008 in the bustling Midtown East area of Manhattan. Boasting a 43-seat wraparound outdoor cafe. The restaurant quickly became a neighbourhood staple.

In 2011, they opened Bounce Sporting Club, expanding the original outpost’s concept of fusing sports entertainment with nightlife excitement. It immediately became the hottest sports lounge in New York - taking the traditional sports bar experience to a new level with a 5-star culinary & beverage program, top DJs and entertainment rivalling the best of Las Vegas. Now the flagship of the BrandiIt portfolio, Bounce Sporting Club is a favorite of celebrities, professional athletes and the industry elite.

Yosi Benvenisti

Yosi Benvenisti, Co-Founder of BrandIt Hospitality Group, was one of the front-runners behind NYC’s modern hospitality scene. From a young age, the hospitality and nightlife industry has always been a true passion for Benvenisti. In the mid-nineties, he joined the nightlife scene managing in-house promotions for many of the major nightlife players of the time, including legendary venues such as Cheetah, Spa, The World, Tunnel and Twilo just to name a few. From here, he ventured into the fine-dining realm, having worked all capacities in both back-of-house to front-of-house. Benvenisti is fully hands on in all aspects of BrandIt and prides himself on maintaining a first-class culinary and beverage program at all of their properties and event experiences.

Benny Silman

Benny Silman, the co-founder of BrandIt Hospitality and the COO of Bounce Sporting Club, is a New York native and a leader in the New York City hospitality scene for over 15 years, priding himself on client relations, filling voids in the market and providing a personal touch to his venues. Benny got bit by the entrepreneurial bug early and started his first business in Arizona at the age of 22. Benny then returned to New York in 2001 to open his first hospitality venture –Vero Wine Bar on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, only the third wine bar in New York at the time. Next Benny co-founded BrandIt Hospitality in 2004 and opened Bounce Sporting Club on the Upper East Side that same year. With two successful bars, Benny expanded the BrandIt portfolio opening a second location of Vero in Midtown East, then expanding the Bounce brand with the opening of the flagship Flatiron location in 2011. Next up, Benny has plans to take the Bounce Sporting Club brand national with locations in top sporting markets across the country.

Cole Bernard

Cole Bernard, boasts over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2004, Bernard transformed Latin restaurant, Vela, into one of New York City’s first “party” bars–Porky's NYC. A few years later he opened The Eldridge on the Lower East Side, which quickly became one of New York City’s most highly publicized and successful lounges. In 2009, he opened Red Velvet Lounge featuring cocktails and cupcakes. In 2011, Cole partnered with BrandIT to launch Bounce Sporting Club.
